I have several pictures just like that. I think I keep them to remind me. Luckily it's been a while. The meds must be working for me.
It was a while ago, so I don't really recall what was going through my head at the moment. I know I didn't do it just to take a picture. Any time I have done that, I immediately feel awful that I had allowed myself to fall that far. I guess I wanted to document it so I wouldn't forget.
